researchers have seen a clear link between exercise and brain development. Judy Cameron, a researcher at Oregon Health and Science University, studied brain development. According
to his research, it seems that exercise can make blood vessels,
including those in the brain, stronger and more developed. Cameron claims this allows people who exercise to concentrate better. He
said, "Although we already know that exercise is good for the heart,
exercise can literally cause physical changes in the brain. The effect
of exercise on brain development can even be seen in babies. The
benefits of exercise in the brain are not just for babies. their
brains with exercise as well.Researchers at Cornell University study a
group of seniors ranging in age from seventy to seventy-nine.Their study
shows a short-term memory increase of up to forty percent after
exercising only three hours a week.It does not have to be very
difficult, but it it
must increase the heart rate. Also, like the motion for the baby,
exercise for the elderly should involve some complexity.Learn some new
skills or movements, such as yoga or tai-chi, help open memory pathways
in the brain that may have never been used for time long.
