The patient's OR salvation depends on good and effective communication. The researchers conducted a study to test oncology staff for training in speech skills. In the first phase, 34 staff members participated in focus groups to identify and determine the factors that influence speech behavior. thematic categories that include role and hierarchy relationships, staff relationships, perceived competence, perceived usefulness for speech, staff personality, fear of revenge, institutional regulation, and time pressures. And, the researchers also conducted a second phase training followed by 42 staff. The benefits and effects of this training are very beneficial because the staff have effective speaking skills
