This is the reason why older adults are emotionally stable and resilient than those under 30.Professor Begdache found that mental stress, anxiety and depression of adults under 30 who ate fast food more than three times a week would be higher and for adults over 30 who consume less carbohydrates and more fruits will reduce anxiety and depression.
