From the news I read about United Airlines United Airlines in trouble because it treats one of its passengers badly. The security guard dragged David Dao, a 69-year-old doctor, from his chair and pulled him to the floor and out of the plane. Dr Dao becomes unconscious and his face is covered in blood. He lost two front teeth and had a broken nose. The doctor paid his seat but United Airlines ordered him to get off the plane because a flight attendant wanted to sit down. The doctor said that he had to work the next day because many patients had to be hospitalized. United's staff did not listen. More than 150,000 people signed an online petition requesting the CEO of United Airlines to resign. He refused. At first he did not apologize. He says Dr Dao is wrong because of his injuries.
