"Teaching academic writing fir a level grade 10 English"
As a teacher need to consider the learners background, and their knowledge of English with strenghts and weakness. The teachers have to modify their classess according to their learners various needs. This article explain about the study followes the quantitive research method since it is an actionc research. An essay template was developed for the learner to follow in order to teach them academic writing. They were evaluated using the common Core State Standards Writing Rubric. Tbe results shows that following the design essay template has improved the learners academic writing.
