54th ( 2nd article ) - The listening behavior in the dedactic activity

the article above explains that the importance of communication at the group level, or the organization concerned. At this level of analysis, we can appreciate that the direction in which communication produces consequences is as follows:

- communication is involved in the organization and functioning of groups, such as the level of cohesion, rapid decision making that affects group life and its evolution in time, facilitate processes of mutual perception and evaluation, resolving conflicts that interfere with activities and can threaten group structure, the way group members work together.

- Efficient vertical communication will facilitate the creation of a correct representation of the organization's members about the objectives and priorities promoted by the company, and good horizontal communication is intended to synchronize the efforts of all departments so that goals can be achieved time and with resource plans.

- At the community level as a whole, the importance of communication can be seen at the multicultural level of cohabitation, or different social layers. Hearing behavior is a rather complicated psychological problem. It involves perceptual factors, social factors, motivational factors and intellectual factors. It also involves a complex connection between the listener, the speaker and the message. Listening does not happen in a vacuum. The listening behavior of a person is a function he hears, what he hears, why he listens, as he listens and so on.
