52nd ( 1st article )

52nd ( 1st article ) - The stress- reducing effect of music listening varies depending on the social context.

In article tells our findings show that listening to music has the effect of reducing stress in everyday life especially when it occurs in the presence of others. This opens up an important way to listen to music as a means of health promotion in everyday life. Particularly because stress relates to the number of negative health outcomes, listening to music in the presence of others may profitably affect psychosocial health as well as health (physical) by reducing stress. In contrast to clinical intervention, listening to music in everyday life is easily accessible, popular, and cost-effective. As a result, these findings should be translated into promoting listening to music as a health behavior in everyday life. Should be encouraged to engage in listening to music for the purpose of stress reduction either in the presence of others or deliberately for reasons of relaxation while listening to music only.
