Long live

The article is about the ways for long live. There are many ways such as sleep enough, drinking water, eat healthy food, and smiling. The research said that you have to sleep 9 until 15 hour for under age, 7 until 9 hour for teenagers and top of age a day. But actually there are many people who ignored about that. Suddenly you have to eat healthy food and better than you have cooken the food by self. Because this era millennium anything is simple the people wants to get simple such junk food or something else. But they do not think about the risks of that. Some poeple do not know about that and some people ignore it. And then smiling, we can give positive energy for people around us with smiling. We can share positive thinking and make situation be nice. So you must do all things who is good for body if you want have long live. By Alda Alviani 16611008
