In the 90's, the world is better because there are not a lot wars going on. No wars around us. Most people are just happy. They can relax knowing that there are not a lot of dangerous things around them. Also there were many good things happen better in 90's. About tv shows, video games, movie houses and music places were going to be better in 90's. Also we can really go to a park and enjoy nature because the environment was very clear and clean too.
