Scientists have seen how our diet changes our mental health. What we eat affects our brains until we turn 30. This explains why adults are more emotionally stable. The principal investigator is a professor of health and welfare studies. He said that people know that diet affects diabetes, heart disease and obesity, but it does not affect our mental health. He suggested that mental health leads to eating and exercising healthily. The study was conducted anonymously. A survey is sent through a professional and social network. Researchers found that adults under 30 who ate fast food more than three times a week had higher levels of anxiety and depression. For adults over the age of 30, eating less carbohydrates and more fruits reduce this condition. Researchers say the Mediterranean diet is as good for our brains as our bodies do.
