I got from the article, Children and teenagers who experienced education negligence clearly showed a high level of need. The findings of this analysis contribute to the literature by identifying issues that may contribute to poor school attendance, such as mental health problems for children or caregivers, little family support, and a generally chaotic and non-optimal home environment. These factors can be targeted in interventions that focus on improving school attendance and success among vulnerable children and adolescents. Such interventions can be conveyed in various contexts. The education abandonment rate in Ontario, Canada, is lower than rates reported in other jurisdictions, which highlight the need for further research to better understand the variations in the characteristics and responses of services to this form of abuse around the world.
