Everyone has a difference in pioneering their respective careers. There are already starting from the top position when starting to work and not a few also start from the bottom position. It is not a problem for us. What we have to do is how we can get promotion to get a higher position. However, getting promoted is not easy, it takes a hard struggle so we can be promoted by our boss. Here are the things we have to do to get our career up and get promotion.
1. Choose a company that matches your passion so you can develop your skills in the right place.
2. Focus with the present, do not be too concerned to get you promoted quickly. Just do your best right now so that others will see you able to do all the tasks given to you well and correctly.
3. Getting attention is also important, not necessarily by speech but your actions will invite the attention of others. For example you are a very diligent, skilled, and able to do many things that will attract the attention of a boss.
4. In the business world we must be able to choose the right partner that able to bring us get the position we want instead of dropping our good name. So talk about your wishes to someone who you can trust and be able to take you to that position.
5. You must be able to do something beyond your ability so that you can be used in all things and various fields of work.
6. If there is a request to work unpaid, do it because it can make the boss feel that we are worthy to get a promotion.
