This article is talking about the effect of English Learning Program for Young Learners in socialization process. Because socialization is important for all young learners around the world. Children begin to understand the rules that exist in their family, community and school environment. They begin to realize that they need each other. Socialization takes place through family, school, peers, community and media. The main socialization is in the family environment. In the family that the mental and the child's character is formed later if the child started school then the child's personality will be more formed over the course of time he was in the school environment. A child is taught moral and culture in school. They are taught that humans are social beings, ie creatures that need each other. Then they will know each other his peers. Peers function as socializing agents. Then the community and the media are other social agents. But some media have a negative impact on children such as television. While the community is where children express their creativity. In this article an experiment was conducted on the behavior of young learners at home, school and community. This study was conducted to see how learning english can help the process of socialization of children. The result is English as a second language capable of assisting students in the classroom setting, they benefit from learning a foreign language in the process of socialization as well as in making new friends.
