Review of : GREEN TEA 





Green tea is one of the healthiest beverages.
There are many benefits of green tea, including:


  1. Improve brain function (improve intelligence)
            In green tea contains caffeine. But the content of caffeine in green tea is not as much as the content of coffee. caffeine is able to improve the function of our brain.

     2.  As an antioxidant.
        Green tea contains polyphenols (flavonoids and catechins) that act as antioxidants.

    3.  Reduce the risk of cancer.
