Supposedly, drinking water 8 glasses per day is good for our health. Water can keep the humidity and health of our body. many benefits of drinking water :
1. Lose weight drinking before eating can lose weight because we will feel full faster sooner. 2. Maintain our digestive health. Drinking water shortages can lead to migraine, dehydration, constipation, and other digestive problems.
