Review Of : COFFEE MAY HELP YOU LIVE LONGER



Based on research from the Harvard School of Public Health found that drinking 3-5 cups of coffee a day can prevent certain diseases, such as heart disease, brain disease, type 2 diabetes, and suicide. 

They said that the benefits not only come from caffeine contained in coffee alone, but there are other compounds contained in the coffee. 

These benefits can be obtained if we drink it with the right dose and time. 

If you like coffee, do not mind to drink it. If you do not like coffee, do not feel you have to drink coffee to be healthy because I personally do not really like coffee. Because healthy actually depends on your own lifestyle. Drinking too much coffee is also not good for health. So, drink according to the proper portion to get the benefits.
